Refund policy
1. 30-Day Return Window We want you to love your home space. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received them.
In their original packaging. Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of furniture items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to large furniture returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at
kansofactory@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.5. Refunds Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
